Trying to load up Rs3 on both the desktop client and the webclient (multiple browsers) to complete a transaction. Whenever I click the auto-setup prior to logging in my browser tab goes to a white screen and when tried on the desktop client it just closes my client out. Anyone have any idea as to the causes of this and hopefully a solution?
Then the only thing I could recommend is uninstall your java, uninstall your web browser, reinstall your web browser then reinstall java. Goodluck!
Try clearing your jagexcache, found in your computer files. I have had similar problems which were because of those files being corrupted.
Have you tried switching your pc off and back on again ? sounds cliche but its worked for me a couple of times
