Will I lose my Xcode projects if I update to Xcode6?

My current version is 5.1.1. I want to start developing for the iPhone 6 also, and since the iPhone 6 simulators are only on Xcode6, I want to update to that. However, if I update, will my projects port? Or will I lose everything?

 

I've never used xcode, but I doubt you'd lose your projects. xcode's program files and your own projects should be stored in different places. Make a backup of your projects just in case.

Not if you have a backup, and not if your syntax is proper. If have a backup and your syntax is proper, you should be able to upgrade without a problem.
