Locked Accout

How on earth am I responsible for the locked account? He even admitted that a GM on Runescape said to him "The details are right but it looks like you're not the owner of the account" - How am I at all responsible for that?

The risks of buying an account are THAT exactly, I don't know why I was banned on the spot instead of coming to some sort of compromise, clearly the fact that I sold another account (worth A LOT more than that of the account I'm being accused of recovering means nothing?)

I have no idea why I would recover an account worth all of 60 pounds, when I make more than that in ~3 days working for DivicaSales.
The account is not at all my responsibility if it is to be banned or locked for something like that, because I didn't recover the account.

This is utter bullshit, the fact that I was banned without even being PM'ed to refund the user, or try and recover the account myself.
I can't tell you how poor of moding that is.

 

Unless there's overwhelming proof that Chloecat is the one that locked/recovered the account, I don't think a ban is warranted here.

You were banned because any other user would be banned. You're responsible for the sale of accounts, and you weren't taking the report seriously.

Instead of attempting to resolve the problem, you would get online without responding.

I imagined you'd add me and/or dispute immediately. The point is not to keep you permanently banned for recovering an account, it's quite obvious you wouldn't recover a single account of this value. The point is to set the tone for you to realize that all matters of recovery are serious, no matter the value.

The user's report is legitimate. There isn't a way to prove you're the one who recovered it, but as the seller, it is your responsibility unless you explicitly stated that you're not the first owner and will not be able to recover the account.
