Wish Scammed!

Explanation of the trade: I was selling him an animated signature and avatar. I completed both of these but he went offline so I proceeded to sleep due to it being 4am. He then reported me and I got banned, I've been unbanned and I've sent him the gfx but now hes removed me from skype and still has the $15 paypal payment on hold.

How they scammed: Sent gfx, he removed me skype and has payment on hold

I know $15 isn't alot but I put effort into the signature and avatar and he bought them. Even if he doesnt want to use them he has bought them which means he still has to pay. He needs to unhold or he should be banned until then.

He is DEFINITELY NOT HACKED

What ban evasion ban? This was the first time I've ever been banned and it was a complete misunderstanding
