With regards to online services, I am a relatively established quester at UPS, and further than this have had more than a few face-to-face customer service roles.

- Why would you be a great fit at our company? I am very interested in live chat positions, being at my computer for so much of my day would suit the role perfectly. I am generally available 16 hrs a day and thus adaptable to any time you need me.

- How long do you see yourself staying in this position? Why? Indefinitely, I am interested in long term positions- I love providing RS services in general, and have no problem considering it my primary job.

- What experience do you have in customer service? I have a lot of work experience IRL. I have worked for a 5 star hotel, working with the GRO (Guest Relations Officer) Manger. I had to deal with complaints and many other guest encounters.

- Why would you be a great fit at our company? I am very cautious when it comes to ban evasion. I take extreme caution to ensure that none of my accounts get banned for RWT. Additionally, I am a great 'people-person'. I love interacting with others in real life and online.

- Will you be able to meet all the above scheduled times every week? The times above are from 6am - 11am roughly for myself which will work with my current scheduled.

- How long do you see yourself staying in this position? Why? I am currently on a half gap year (after finishing year 12). I will commence uni in May and hopefully I will be able to maintain the hours I have signed up for.

If i'm doing the conversion correctly then yes. My time zone is central.

If I get this position I see myself staying in it for at least a year. The extra money would be really useful for me while I'm attending university.

I have 9 months of experience in customer service, I am/was a silver rank in the biggest swapping clan "Home". We had very high standards for customer service. Yes, I do as I'm on the computer most of the time, currently unemployed.

About 18 - 20 months as I'm in a complicated immigration process which will take that long before I can legally start working for local companies in Canada.

- What experience do you have in customer service? i use to work in the retail business for along time, i worked at Tims Hortons which is a major fastfood chain in the industry as well as footlocker which is a highly professional sports brand retailer, i currently work in the security business which i have to show just as much respect and professionalism as i did in the retail business.

I've traded virtual goods extensively using multiple platforms. Anywhere from forums to sites like playerauctions. I've ran multiple successful services reaching hundreds of customers across many different video games. I've dealt with thousands of dollars and large volumes of trades. I have first hand experience on the proper procedure to verify orders above a certain threshold and the necessary precautions to safe trading.

- What experience do you have in customer service?

I have experience as a livechat representative for a large online retailer of fitness supplies. I've also had formal face to face customer service experience waiting tables at a nice restaurant where tips were dependent on my service and attitude. I've also worked in a clothing store greeting and helping customers. Obviously I've assisted customers through my own services as necessary.

- Why would you be a great fit at our company?

I have a lot of available hours, I'm more than qualified to do the job properly, I have a good reputation on sythe for being trustworthy, and I have an excellent worth ethic and desire to give back to your business.

If I converted the times correctly yes. My schedule changes semester to semester but I generally I have a very open schedule.

For the next couple years if it continues to be mutually beneficial. I'm a college student and I need a relatively flexible schedule and something I can do while I study.

Yes, I've traded a fair amount of gold both buying, selling, and swapping on Sythe and other sites. I was also a proficient quester on the UPS team, which also involved dealing with many people and quickly completing work to satisfy customers.
