Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I was punished for ban evading already in the past, I pardoned my ban about 2 months ago and won for a different case, I've been unbanned for about a month now, I logged into sythe today to see I was banned again

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I've been punished for ban evading in the past, but not for the case I was banned 2 days ago, I've never ban evaded with Veesi. I logged into his computer with my account before he got his accounts banned, You can track the IPs down to see that's not me, I've had different accounts made under my IP and only Artur818 seemed to show under his ip. I really think this is unfair because as I said I haven't broken any rules in this situation, I haven't logged into my account from his ip after he's been banned. The only reason why I even logged into my account from there was to purchase a bond. As you can see I just came back to the community again after 7 months, why would I break any rules now or in the past for something I was already punished for. Please, I've been active in the community in the time I've been unbanned.

I can do my best to provide any proof you need to show that I haven't ban evaded with Veesi and that I logged into my account from that ip before he got banned.

If I'm understanding correctly; you didn't name this offence in your previous pardon?

 

Roary the only ban evasion I've ever done is make this contrastt account to dispute my first ban I had, I thought I was supposed to have an acc to be able to post a thread, that's the only thing I've done that comes close to ban evasion, I've never done anything else. Thats what I meant when i said my other offence.

The only solid home IP match Artur shares with the banned parties Artur has said was to purchase a bond and that user is his relative. I can appreciate that as I've logged onto an IP where the user has since been banned. The couple of others are incidental IP matches where a myriad of others users also match so can be dismissed as they both live in the same city and that's the nature of dynamic IPs. Artur has claimed him and his relative have played multiple RSPS' together.

As for the evidence:
- Artur's SSGP selling thread was posted before Vee's. Artur has several vouches for SSGP. As for Vee, it doesn't make sense for Artur to instead use a new account with no vouches/donor status to sell SSGP.

- Both Artur and Vee made threads at near identical times (literally a minute apart) regarding selling a white phat. It may be a case of them discussing it and Artur making a thread to sell on Vee's behalf instead or there really was 2 phats which I wouldn't rule out either - Artur can't remember which I can't fault considering it was such a long time ago. Again it just doesn't make sense Artur trying to sell it on an account with no vouches/no donor status. Them clearing their assets supports the idea of them moving onto another RSPS.

- Artur was only able to provide one screeny regarding the accounts after a time elapsed where he was supposedly contacting his relative. This is the contents http://puu.sh/ftXu7/0a60ab24f5.png. This only proves one account exists but eh, I think enough has been dis-proven that this is a moot point.

All in all I believe Artur's story on the basis of it being plausible and his vouches show that he has had dealings with several private servers.

However I have found that Artur has vouched his relative without mentioning that they know each other IRL http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1667156-veegfx-vouchs.html. The rule is somewhat ambiguous on seriousness of an act and with it being so long ago and the time that this dispute has been taken, I feel the ~20 days that have elapsed during this dispute is punishment enough for that.

EDIT: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1699257-artur8181-ban-evader.html was discovered after but it being such a minor offense Roary and I decided to leave no punishment since ultimately if made to pardon again it would pass and just be a waste of time.
