Here I suspected him of being Bsseller98 and named some similarities but it wasn't enough.

Looked up the ban reason for Bsseller98

Note that he uses the number '19' quite a bit in his other vaders. I strongly believe this is him -

They all share almost identical RSPS interets and they all come one after another. And the rather common use of the number 19 in the names of his profiles.
