Other sythe account is hacked

Just tried to register to contact an admin about my account and it told me that there were already 2 accounts under my IP:
Bryceee (the one I need to recover)
and noname8844 or something like that, I've never even seen it before so I'm not sure.
Basically a few weeks ago my skype got hacked, and many other things were attempted logged into (one of which is sythe, since my password was the same for about 2 years) and somebody took my sythe account. If you look at the IP I'm typing this from (104.) is the start, you can see that the account listed first above is created and logged into by me and should only be me (unless I was proxied for something completely unrelated to sythe). can an administrator please change my email back on my account Bryceee to what it was originally when I signed up? Thank you
