[FIREZ] Im confident a mistake has been made

I have a couple of points to clarify;

1) I can't seem to find a reason for the a4 people getting banned, can someone post it please? I am assuming it was for scamming, as such bans generally are. I will not waste time awaiting a reply, and defend myself as if that is the case.

2) Both of those accounts were made after mine - Generally the usual method for scammers is to scam on their main/trusted/old account, then ban evade and scam again. It's somewhat bizarre that it's considered to have occurred here the other way around.

3) I previously sold a few different types of RuneScape account, but eventually gave up after being scammed one too many times.
I also never recovered any of the accounts I sold. If I were a scammer, it would have been very easy for me to recover any/all of them. It is ridiculous to paint me as some sort of very specific scammer who makes a new Sythe account to scam people with different accounts from the ones I had previously sold - The vast majority of scammers are lazy and will recover their old accounts to resell them & scam. Additionally, literally thousands of accounts like those pures are sold every week. It is completely ridiculous to assume that just because some guy has a similar IP to me and has similar accounts that we are the same person.

4) If you look at the typing styles of the two accounts compared to mine at the time, they are very different. This has been taken into account in previous vader reports, and should be considered here.

5) It's not unusual for IPs to match multiple people - I believe my IP probably matches quite a few people's, as I have moved around the world a lot in the last few years. The very system itself declares that just because IPs are matching doesn't mean two people are the same.

6) The a4 people signed up with same email even after being banned the first time, a common mistake by scammers. Why didn't the email match my old one, if we were the same person? I can't see anyone being smart enough to change their email once then too lazy/stupid to do it AFTER being banned. The same thing applies to the "name match" - Why do the names for the a4's match, but not mine? Surely if the first a4 was banned and was vading then he wouldn't make a name almost identical to his previous account. (This is all assuming that the a4's were in fact me, and were smart enough to change their names in the first place - Why would they not remain smart?)


Finally, I'm just curious - Why was I "autobanned"? It seems like no investigation was done into whether the report was actually accurate in any way.


Happy to provide anything feasible to prove my innocence. I intensely dislike being accused of being a vader when I am not, and I fully intend to fight this every step of the way.

Could you clarify what you said? Is it me that matched n4X on the home IP, or is it n4 matched n4X?


Side note: Could you check your PMs? I PM'd you about 2 weeks ago about a scam report, hadn't heard back from you last I saw.
