R2Pleasent.com is looking for a new sales commission agent to run the site between the following hours:

- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday

- 3:15 PM EST (GMT-5) - 8:45 PM EST (GMT-5)

- 22.5 hours / week

To apply, you will need to make sure you have involved yourself in the Sythe community. With no Sythe reputation it is highly unlikely we will select you for the position. Commission agents must show up every assigned day during the specified times. This is not a flexible hours position. If you cannot be relied upon to show up on time everyday, then you should not apply.

A good commission agent has strong people skills, understands how to provide good customer service, and is comfortable in a team-based environment. You should understand the basics of how the Runescape Black Market functions, and how a business derives profit. As you are representing R2Pleasent.com, you are expected to act with professionalism. You should be comfortable with multi-tasking and problem solving. You must be over the age of 18.

Commission sales agents are expected to respond to customer questions, deliver orders, deal with suppliers, and will be using spreadsheets to keep track of their activity. Commission sales agents earn 25% of the profit from their delivered orders, and are also rewarded a monthly bonus of $100 for representing the company. A strong agent should expect to earn roughly $700-1100 per month working the hours listed.

Yes. I am new to Sythe but have been trading virtual goods for going on 2 years now semi-professionally. I am not sure whether discussion of off-site vouches are allowed, but I hold a considerably reputable position in the Marketplace of the ever popular HackForums site. I've completed thousands of dollars worth of successful transactions on the site and have the vouches to show for it.
- What experience do you have in customer service?
I worked in retail for 3 years part-time. Providing excellent costumer service was my job above all else. I gained notoriety from my bos(ses) for my exceptional problem solving abilities and "people skills", for lack of better words.

I am a Runescape enthusiast and a businessman above all else; I can't imagine two more important qualities needed for such a position. I enjoy being part of a team, but working independently is my strong suit. I am detail-oriented and can multi-task very well.

Indefinitely. I am having to take a semester off from University, thus I have quite a bit of free time for the next 6 months. When time comes to return, I can adjust my roster accordingly to accommodate my work hours.

I have sold and bought gold through Sythe. Although most of my transactions were buying gold.

- What experience do you have in customer service?

My previous employment was for JT & Sons Moving. I handled customer inquiries and logistics. This included calculating cost of gas, mileage, weight, among other factors to determine a fair cost for customers. In terms of direct customer support, I would contact customers to confirm arrival dates and pickup dates for their goods.

- Why would you be a great fit at our company?

I've been apart of the Runescape community for over 10 years. I am well aware of how the black market works. I'm responsible and always on time. I believe I can provide fast and hassle free deliveries and assistance to customers to ensure a good buying experience from the company. I am 21 years old and can provide photo ID to prove such.

Yes, without a doubt. I currently have no obligations.

- How long do you see yourself staying in this position? Why?

As long as possible. I believe it is a great way to make extra money, form a positive reputation with a well known business, and the hours fit my schedule perfectly.

- How long do you see yourself staying in this position? Why? 1 year. I can't rely on $1,000 a month for too long. In my current position, it's a good bonus.

Yes, I have run a small goldfarm for sometime, and as a result am intimately acquainted with gold-selling/buying via livechat. I have experience in providing Questing Services also.

Past the Questing Services already mentioned, I have had varied and various Real-life experiences in customer service roles. The most relevant roles I could mention would be in switchboard/telehandler positions at local businesses.

It ties in very well with the nature and running of my business, I am confident and capable when dealing with customers, am confident in the use of spreadhseets, numerically sound and very happy to function in a team environment.

Indefinitely. I love black market services, especially gold trading/farming; I love providing online RS services in general. I take it seriously, and have no problem saying i'd love to keep it as my primary job.

Edit: I don't know whether this counts for anything, but for the chance to become part of something as big as R2, I have no problem in donating "x" $ to sythe or directly to R2 as a deposit or whatever.

Of course. I consider myself one of the best virtual goods traders, particularly for a large mobile app game (some of which can be seen directly on sythe). As well as my ventures into the Runescape black market, definitely.

- What experience do you have in customer service?

Work as a team member for a large global retail chain for almost 2 years (Forbes Top 200 company).

Full time seller of virtual goods (gp, bonds and currencies for few mobile app games through messaging apps (like kik and line) and skype, which requires a lot of communication and customer service, as I do that independently.


- Why would you be a great fit at our company?

My real world work experience and excellent writing/speaking skills would be very useful. I know what to say and how to behave in "business conduct": something which many reps do not understand. I would be a terrific fit to the R2 team, because I know its about sales and profitable agendas...but how do you get that? By providing great customer service, get them to enjoy/be satisfied during the chat process and come back, all while being time efficient (this is key). I'd humbly say I'm pretty diversified as a professional, and this would make an ideal fit.

Yes. Punctuality, especially for something online, is simple.

- How long do you see yourself staying in this position? Why?

Indefinitely. I would say at least a couple months to a year, but I can't promise exactly or more than that.
