How often do you take showers?

Whenever Im done with the gym, or go outside; usually If I stay at home, I do @ least 3 times a week.

 

Every 2 days but when its summer and hot then I'll shower everyday.

 

Anytime before I leave my place (max once a day). I skip a day when I stay home and do shit-all.

 

Daily.

 

Atleast once a day but I sometimes take 2-3 showers, and I usually shampoo and condition about once a week.

 

I try to take one every day, but at worse i think i've never gone more than 3days without taking one.
Obviously i always wear deodorant

 

Twice a day. I shower in the morning before I leave and again before I go to bed.

 

Shower everyday in the morning to start the day off. The I'll shower again if I'm sweaty, going out or i've just done some sport.

I deodorize every single day, but a lot of the commercial deodorants we use are so bad for us. They clog important pores in order to prevent perspiration. Actually I guess they aren't exactly deodorants, but antiperspirants.

Whatever though, no one likes a smelly suzie.

I shower at least once a day, even on the days that I have nothing to do when I am off work or school I will take a shower after I'm done sleeping in or right before I go to bed that night to feel clean.

I use deodorant every time I get out of the shower and that usually lasts all day. If needed I will use some if I feel the need or keep a gel stick in the car as well as some spray deodorant for those just in case moments.

 

I shower every morning before work. As most have said, it wakes you up and starts your day off nice and fresh.

During hot weather I'll have a shower in the morning and one before bed.

 

I shower once a day at the minimum sometimes twice depending if I work out or not.

Every morning when i wale up and every evening when i get in from work. I shower a third time at the gym after I've trained which is usually 3 times a week. Shampoo and shower gel every time, rarely condition. Deodorant all day every day.

 

Usually every morning. Sometimes on the weekends I skip it cuz I feel lazy af.

 

I shower on average ~5 times a week. I always shower before leaving my home, but if I don't go out for a few days I'll typically skip a day in between (which has been the routine lately since I've been on break). I ALWAYS wear deodorant and I shampoo/condition my hair every time I bathe. I use a lot of skin care products too, like astringent and exfoliants. It keeps me from breaking out and keeps my skin looking clean and clear.
