Runeika - Attempted scam and suspicious activity

Explanation of the trade
PM'ed me about a range service on sythe, added me on skype and we agreed on a deal of 2.4m for 20-50 ranged. I log into the account and go to W1 varrock to buy items on his behalf. I get dc'ed and am able to log in about 5 minutes later. When I log back in the account is now in lumbridge bank and he claims items are missing.

He said he didn't move the account, I asked if it is a shared account and he said that he ordered a quest from somebody yesterday and forgot to change the password.

I proceed to issue a refund for 2.4m he had already paid. Traded him the amount, got confirmation via Skype that I am trading him however he claims that I declined the trade and still have his money.

Once he had accused me of scamming him, I had a feeling it was his intention all along to try and force me to pay him for the items supposedly lost.

I videoed the refund trade and the video shows in full that I am trading with him and that I did accept. He claims via skype that I declined which only strengthens my belief that he was trying to scam me.

Although he didn't actually manage to scam me, I believe atleast a TWC is deserved.

I use skype on my phone and took the video on my phone.

I have a sythe PM and full skype chat however I don't wan't this to be public, I will share it with a mod.

Please can a mod advise me the best way to show the full conversation to them?

Please can the responding mod PM me and I will send them the video personally, it may contain personal information in the background as I was videoing with my phone.
