Ban Dispute

Hello,

My name is Blankz. I have been a sythe member for 10 years. I recently made a gold purchase from theresa. I bought 20m Gold through paypal and everything went well.

Few hours later I logged into my account after being away. It said my account was disabled.

I logged into account mangement, and said I was banned for Macroing when I have never macroed in my life..

I immediately filed a claim with paypal because I knew i was wrongfully banned and it had to be tied to the gold purchase from theresa. I've been really busy with real life and work and I wasn't able to contact theresa to dispute my gold purchase. I just tried going to sythe and noticed that my account was banned because they reported me for scamming..

I find this utterly retarded, why would after 10 years of being on sythe want to scam some poor chinese company 50$... I whipe my ass with 50$ bills...

I contacted Theresa today and they claim that it is impossible for me to get banned for gold trading when clearly that happens all the time..

I asked them for a partial replacement of gold, or atleast a refund and that I want to purchase more gold, but they clearly do not seem to want to work with me.. I find it really stupid that I was banned for something that is not my fault. We all know these chinese companies do a lot of illegal activities.

I have proof my account was banned which I can show to a mod. I do not want to post my account publically. I will however post my last conversation with theresa on Skype. Please un ban me, and hopefully theresa will work something out with my refund or replacement request.

 

Denied. You know the risks of buying RS gold you were banned for that. Return the money you owe them.
