Why do you have to monitor it though, isn't NMZ 100% AFK?

 

I do the ppot method, you get a 2-3 min afk and about 80-110k xp/hr

with guthans method you get 20-30 min afk and the xp/hr is 30-40k and you can't train a specific skill with guthans, either shared or defence.

 

You can't AFK NMZ for 6 hours with Guthans?

 

not completely, after 30 minutes of inactivity, you auto-logout.

 

With grooveshark, any amount of RS lvling can be done
