How to safely stake?

Hello, I know there is no 100% safe way to stake, but I know there are ways that you can minimize losses and maximize profits. So I'm asking the more experienced stakers, how do you "safely" stake so you don't rage stake and get cleaned? And how do you maximize profit? Is there any particular way you should stake as well?

 

Stake a small amount and on each loss double it.

On your win stake the small amount again.

Repeat.

 

I heard that you eventually get cleaned after this though.

 

At the end of the day there isn't really a surefire way to make money at the duel arena or minimize losses.

Not "rage staking" is more of a self-control thing, if you ever consider staking everything at once then the arena is not the place for you.

You shouldn't be gambling with an amount money that will cause you to be upset if you lose and then make impetuous decisions.

In the long run I don't really recommend staking at this point unless you have a maxed main in attack, strength, defense, and hitpoints.

The majority of the arena is only there to take advantage of new people like you.

Having maxed stats and tentacle whip staking is really the only way to get 50/50 odds at the arena.

 

I'm actually working on a maxed main right now to stake in, what about switching attack styles and stuff like that?

 

Switching is irrelevant and impossible to predict effectively because pid is random every hit in oldschool.

 

Say you lose 3 times against someone in a row, is it more likely you're gonna win that 4th stake? Or is it still completely random?

 

No. The whole point of steaking same stat-players is it's a complete toss up. You can flip a coin and if it lands on heads 15 times in a row, there is still a 50% it's going to land on heads again.

 

This is called the Martingale. In the short term, you will likely get a small amount of profit using this. However, it is very easy to get cleaned this way, too. 10x+ loss streaks are definitely not unheard of.

This. No other responses really matter.

Use controlled, switch to flick for an accurate but usually low hit (1-10).

 

It's possible for low levels to do well in the arena, but you have to understand how x's works. Low levels, in my opinion, are the easiest to take advantage of. Maxed mains are a sure fire way to get even odds though. Your choice.

 

go with a maxed main if you dont have alot of staking experience, people will take advantage of the x'ing if you are not familiar with it

Like people said about, doubling sometimes works for short term small gains, but if you use this method don't expect to double your cash stack

No, just leave when you're up and stake only what you are willing to lose. Always keep in mind that each time you go in, you have a 50/50 chance, even if youve already lost 10 times in a row.

 

Only stake people you have stats on or people that will over X you so you profit in the long run

 

Doubling up doesn't work(in the long run). It doesn't increase or decrease your odds. Every stake you enter is 50/50 no matter what your previous matches were. Also, maxed main is the only staking I will do.

 

I would suggest you don't even start staking. you will win a ton. and then you will lose that ton + some more if you have it. it's a terrible addiction lol

 

Don't lose a fight. No, but really, just play smart, and sometimes don't take huge risks. Overall, staking makes many people poorer, but a few people much richer.
