    Hi i am looking for someone to train my account by hand. I just want an easy 99 for the cape. Whatever is cheapest and fastest. With that being said:

    cooking firemaking, fletching, or theiving?

    woodcutting
    fishing

    By order of skills is cheapest to most expensive.

    Cooking is indeed the fastest 99 skill. If you have 10m+ to use and cooking gauntlets, I can do 2gp/xp; if you dont have cooking gaunts, 3-5gp/xp.
