Because its safer for ME the seller. I am currently a programmer and have dealt with chargebacks for work in the past. Let me tell you that $1000+ chargebacks are not fun. So I don't deal with paypal. If you want another method, you can mail me a cashiers check, money gram. All of these could work to make sure I don't get scammed.

Paypal may be considered but at 10% off rates.

RULES:

2) I do not accept trades
3) I don't care about your popularity/profile stats for paypal instead.
4) Don't ask me how to obtain bitcoin for $. I suggest using coinbase.com
5) I do accept other forms of virtual currency like (LTC, Doge)

7) Prices go from how much they currently cost when I purchase item/gift for you.
