A phone app?

Hello, i am new to this website and will be using it as a CSGO lounge as to trade skins, sell keys, and even sell accounts. why not make a phone app for the go? i also need help such as how can i get a notification if somebody has commented on my post? the app can be launched for free in the app store and play store. it can be simple
