Looking to get back into RSC, so I'd like to get an account with access to RSC, veteran is preferred but I could settle for one from the reopening in 2009. Also prefer it to be a level 3, but again I can work with whatever, BUT, I am not interested in buying a maxed out account. I wouldn't mind if it had some starter items on it.

I can pay in game gold (RSC, 07, EOC), cash thru paypal, or trade for in game items or one of my accounts. I have a pretty decent little range tank from back in the day (now eoc) but it has 81 range, 71 def, 75 hp, 65 atk, 70 str, 44 pray, 79 mage. Also has some decent items and quests done on it, and a cool name.

I have an account, not veteran also im not 100% sure on the stats i think the highest is thieving at 60 and combat stats are under 50 too, i have around 10M on the account too. If interested i will re member the account and take some pics and stuff.

Pretty sure I'm still a newcomer but for the correct amount of gold I will trade my current main with the following:
-5 year cape
-101 cb
-RSC access
-1400+ total level.
