Classic Cape but no RSC access?

I have classic cape on my old account in rs3 but for some reason I can't login to RSC, I tried all 3 worlds.

 

Maybe because you haven't logged in classic lately, or something?
Are you members you need to be p2p to login classic also

 

Yeah Im member of course lol otherwise I could not have the classic cape...

I think the Classic cape is for anyone that had logged into RSC at least once, but I could be incorrect.

That seems to say that it is "for all of those who have at some point logged into RuneScape Classic on their account."

So you might have lost access, but you're still eligible for the cape.

 

Same thing happened to my other account couldnt get on rsc lol, i guess blue duke is right but i coulda swore i went on rsc with this account previous times

 

Yeah, I think if you've EVER logged into RSC, even if you can't log into it now, you can get the cape.

However, I remember Jagex locking out inactive accounts in an attempt to essentially kill Runescape Classic. The only way to reverse this and have your account still eligible for RSC was to log-in during one of the re-opening periods. I logged in during one of these times (incredibly lucky) and my main has RSC access now.

But a lot of people got locked out of it, and if you didn't sign in during one of those periods, you're locked out for good.
