How to unlock locked account?

Thought I'd just take it out tbh

 

the original owner requested jagex to lock the account

 

contact jagex through twitter, they have an account support that responds pretty quickly.

 

Contacted them on there 3 times, no reply for each one, spaced it out over 12 hours apart.
I'm being screwed here lol just got denied again .-.
I can't tell if they don't know what they are doing or are just bullshitting me.
They change the advice they give sometimes even when I send the same damn appeal. WTF IS THIS .-.

 

A lot of the time they just ignore Twitter in case of hackers. Someone hacked into Amir's Twitter and contacted Jagex for the account login, Authenticator included. This happened recently and Jagex gave out the login, allowing the hacker to access the account through Twitter. Only took a matter of hours then for the hacker to get past the bank pin and into the bank (worth about 35B). I wouldn't be surprised if Jagex have picked up their game since then and become more strict ('social-media-wise').

Yeah I got it, got a lot of help from account owners and I hope I can get it unlocked lol
