How much do accounts with 1 attack 60 str 1 defence, 1 pray, etc usually go for?

 

Not too much mate. The only reason people buy those accounts are due to either of the following reasons.
1) They are not good at levleing
2) They cbf getting 60 str/Don't have the time

Therefore, the account would only be worth 2-5m max.
