Deal with this guy before know what he does and what he does is a fish can prove proof through messages. Even states he use VPN and 2 different IPs. Kid is a joke.

Very suspicious, and probably him, but he's using what appears to be a single home IP. I can't ban him for coincidence, though I'd like if you explained on this fish talk.
