Isn't that good enough? I'd say 40 fps is very smooth for a newer game :p

I'm not familiar with those products so I can't really help you improve it.

advanced warfare sucks on PC still. My pc has better specs and I lag and have fps issues.

How I usually solve lagg issues on my pc: Turn shadows to very low and turn vsync off. Changing the resolution can also help, I usually use 1366x768 16:9.

Turn anti-aliasing off. Also unless you have a better monitor, you will only get 60FPS no matter what. Getting higher than that will only help to make it so that drops will not effect your gameplay all that much.

Turn off shadows, anti-aliasing, and lower the resolution.

If you're REALLY desperate, drop all settings to lowest/off, and make the resolution extremely low.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive > Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Is your card running on at least pci-e 2.0 x16 or pcie 3.0 x8 currently?many amd motherboards only come with pcie 2.0 bc thats what most AMD fx's natively support. Sone mobos use a north amd south bridge that supports 3.0 tho i think. Regardless, each pipeline on 2.0 is good for 500mb/s, and 3.0 is 1gbps. Your card was designed yo run on pcie 3.0x8 minimum for optimal performance. This is equivalent to 2.0 x16. download GPU-Z and verify that this is the case with your card. If not, you may be starving the card of bandwidth. This bottlenecks texture loading speeds because the PCI bus is over saturated on anything less than that when running games like this which are reaource-hungry and move a lot of textures in and out of cache from the RAM. This will cause latency which will great shitty frame rates. Its just one place of many to start looking at. Lets not forget though that this game is jam packed full of problems...your gpu is plenty sufficient.
