Yeah, i just doubt they'd bother making the old cards obsolete. In the grand scheme of things for Jagex, it makes a lot more sense just honouring them. Their marginal cost on memberships is close to 0.

Lol bro it's a common idea that you can make a lawsuit for some minor shit, but those payouts you see aren't to one person they are to thousands or even millions. If an individual person was to get million+ settlement it would have to be some serious shit....ex man lost in jails for dui for 2 years --- had to pull his own teeth almost dehydrated to death settled for 21M. Lawsuits are all based on damages, there being absolutely fucking none over this... the only thing jagex would pay is the balance of the mem or whatever.. but honestly who gives a fuck about this game anymore.

 

It's a risk that one might take, but it's a risky risk.
