    Hey guys, theres been a lot of threads regarding building muscle and what not and its rlly cool, but what about cardio fitness? I personally enjoy running around 4-5km twice a week and swimming 20-30 laps twice a week as well besides my normal sports training. What about you guys?

    Given the fact that I live in a very warm place, I do a lot of intense cardio work during my sport training. That only occurs twice a week for 2 hours, but on a daily basis I go to the gym and before every workout I spend 10 minutes on the bike machine. I normally follow my gym session up with a swim to cool off. :)

    That's rlly cool man cuz my sports training is twice a week as well currently except 3 hrs and I live in a rlly hot place as well. Like u, I do gym often but not daily and I usually have my swim aft gym sessions or running sessions

    I usually run 4-5 miles every other day and sometimes hit up my jump rope for that boxing cardio

    Hockey or basketball would be my first choice, if not I'll go for a run or do a crossfit workout (lowers head in shame)

    I normally set the treadmill to 10% incline with a 3.5 speed after I'm done lifting weights. Burns the calories and gets a good sweat going.

    30mins of cardio a day is what i do. I prefer lifting weights though to every minute doing cardio feels like 10 haha.

    5+ mile run every second day, and swim lengths whenever I get the chance. I play 5 a sides soccer twice a week with school friends which is great fun.

    before workouts also forgot to mention. I try to get at least 7 mins on a treadmill or bike. get my body warm and blood flowing.

    Most cardio from plyin basketball or some running, i used to lovee running man, too bad its gettin cold af cba running in a thick @ss coat haha.

    I go to GYM ,5-6 times a week . in which i run/jog for 5.5km twice.
