I'd also like the background Red to be like a saucy splatter, like wavy but not spotted.

Also, leave the parts that aren't colored in red, white.

Colors:would love to stay wit the same color pattern in my sig atm, Cyan mostly. But u can decide.
Background Colors (Gradient): cyan(slightly darker, white, black. Tbh u can decide what looks best.
Specific Font: um not really picky on this but i guess try n stay same as my sig atm
Runescape Items on it?: not sure of ur capabilities but ibwould enjoy seeing blue party hats and seismics in it
GIF?: no need! : P
