Scammed by Orton700 for Ikov Account

Hey guys, I pm this guy my skype and he adds me and what not.

I get home from work today, add him back, we start talking. He tells me he will go first because I have 10 vouches and he couldnt pay for an OMM.

I said okay, lets do this, he then tells me the username and password, which I change because he had the opportunity to change them very quickly without me noticing.

He then tells me to login to the game, so I did. I cannot see the stats or the bank and I cant even move. All I can see is the bottom of the friends list, supposedly this account is maxed and is a super donor, I do not even know the name of the account nor do I know the Stats on the account. He refusing to give me the pin. I believe that the account is not his and that he does not know the pin associated with the account. Going first in any matter means giving the other party full access of the giving item, correct? This is not full access, he is now demanding I pay him or he gets me banned on Sythe for
nothing.

I am in possession of an account that I know nothing about, only its username and password. I do not even know that the account is Maxed or Super Donator. I have not scammed anything, I just simply refuse to pay for an account that is not as posted.
