Fustam ban evasion and attempted scam

So I posted on a thread with someone selling alotic GP, just want to say that this report does not relate to them. About an hour after I posted that I had RSGP I would like to trade for alotic GP i received a PM from a guy that said he could sell me some at the same rate and he linked me to a vouch thread of his.

Obviously I just want my alotic GP so I thought hey why not go with this guy seeing as the guy who's thread I posted on isnt online. So I gave him my skype and while I was waiting for his reply I got a bit suspicious because he was a relatively new member with 2 post count so I was wondering where he got over 100 vouches. So I went to his profile and performed an IP audit thingy and saw that his IP matched another guy who was banned, now Im not stupid I know that 2 people can have the same IP because they may be on the same network, VPN, proxy etc etc. So I decided to check this guys threads and I saw he had a vouch thread, I was able to match at least 3 vouches in his thread to the vouch thread that the guy claiming he had alotic GP to sell me sent me.

As you can see those particular vouches match exactly.

So now im fairly sure this is the same guy and he is ban evading and trying to scam people again. I blocked his request on skype just to be safe. Sorry if I did something wrong in this report this is my first time reporting someone.
