    WTB NA Account w/ good champ pool, runes
    I'm looking for an NA account. Lower the rank the better, actually, but I can get any account to Plat, so the ranking really doesn't matter.

    I'm looking for an account with a lot of champs mainly, and at least 4+ rune pages. Skins are a plus. No level 30 accounts with just IP unless you have a lot of champs with it!

    I'm paying 30$ for this(33.80 at MOST, all I have in my PP account). Just give me some offers.
