Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!):
I believe these are all connected to each other. Reasons:

• He's buying Fifa coins, Runescape 2007 gold and Runescape RS3 gold on all accounts.
• His current account ends with a year (1993) and so does his last banned account (2015).
• He used a brand new Skype on theheartwantsrs, soundmate2015 and his current account rebelwarrior1993.
• This account was made when his last one got banned.
• His current Skype ends with 'lad' and so did his Skype on theheartwantsrs (source on the bottom of this thread).
• Paying ridiculous prices on all accounts (buying from websites is cheaper).
