    Ive been trying almost two months to get some type of support

    I've been trying almost two months for any type of response from an admin. Roary added me on skype but wasn't online at the time I was and hasn't been in a couple months. I have messaged him countless times asking for what type of information I would need to prove ownership of my account and get it back. I am sythe verified and can provide a license, paycheck, proof of address, proof of paypal account, etc etc. This is so simple. I'm getting very aggravated that I can't run my business 100% because this is taking almost two whole months for even a conversation with an admin. I have all the information needed to prove ownership. It will take five minutes. Please, please PLEASE give me five minutes of your time. I've been on sythe for NINE YEARS! Not once have I had such horrible support. I do not want to have to go to extremes to contact Sythe himself about this issue. I don't understand why I'm being ignored, yet others are posting frequently about the same types of issues but getting responses. Please help me out. I don't think that it's fair that I can be a member of Sythe for over 9 years now and I lose control of my account and theres nobody that can help me for two months.

    Currently I'm not able to get on Skype because of my PC. Obviously no other Admins are able to handle anything at the moment so we'll have to make do with the slow communications here.

    Let me apologise firstly for the bad support you have, or haven't in this case, received. Let's start again.

    I'll try the simplest method for us right now which is emailing you a recovery email. This might not work as we seem to be having email server problems which I've recently contacted Sythe about. The email looks to be br***************@yahoo.com so check the inbox and junk folder.

    If that doesn't work, I'll have to work out an alternative.
