Looks like a fun little account to 'muck around on'. Would value this between 3 and 5m 07.

Reason: It is not too hard to get those stats and the only demand for that account will come from people who are too lazy to do it (myself as an example). Additionally, not too many people want low level pking accounts so that also decreases the price.

 

I would say 7M would be a decent price.

If it didn't have mith gloves probably 4M.

You could boost the cost of the account by a solid 5mil at least if you got 55 slayer.
