[wtb] unique or good pking accounts, 150$ budget

I'm willing to buy a cool pk account, no starters. Fully quested, decent levels for pking. I prefer obby maulers but only ones that are pretty decently leveled. Not paying extra for slayer staff I can get that In less than 2 days, so don't come at me with that bs. Show me what you have, and I'll make my decision based on how I think it will go on bh. My main acc is ranked 34 in bh so I'm not stupid or naive. Also accepting tanks, accounts with only defence, ect. 150$ budget, let it begin!
