arcus isidar scammed me for account/$120

i got a skype request from arcus enquiring about my level 84 rune pure for sale, well this is how it went.


he sent me this screenshot of himself logged in as arcus, saying why he couldn't send my a verification message on sythe : http://i.imgur.com/9xjnmjD.png

so i asked him to show his screen logged in as arcus, he denied:



we proceeded with the trade:

he wouldn't go first using paypal, despite being able to chargeback if the trade went sour:


we finally got down to the deal and this is how it went:



he then spent a lot of time changing passwords, unlinking emails from the account, the usual stuff you do when you buy an account and then deleted and blocked me from skype, these were the last lines:



heres proof of not recieving any payment from arcus:

 

It's an imposter - that's not his skype, make sure to request a PM next time.

That skype ID's IP does however match two users - banned them both.
