Still not possible?

To get account appealed? Lost an account with a lot on it and just a lot of effort put into it :/ It's perma banned and I sent an appeal but at the time they didn't read them or have any way to get them to do so.

I'm tempted to buy an account but im meh meh about it atm :/

 

If the ban was for boting there is a 100% chance they want even read it. They don't unban botters ever mate. If u do buy an account make sure the person is very trusted. Wish u the best of luck sorry to be the one to break the bad news to you.

 

Based on what you've said I would presume that you don't have any way to re-appeal from the accounts section of the runescape website.

You do still have a few options and others have had success with these methods before.

1) Contact player support via email or the message center explaining your situation.

2) Try contacting a J-Mod via twitter or facebook, just be patient.

3) Try the runescape forums, I believe there is some kind of support thread but I haven't visited the forums in a long time.

4) Although I doubt you'd be bothered doing this you could go to the next runefest. This is by far the most effective way to sort out account issues as JMods generally are much more receptive and willing to help with account issues at these events.

I would not recommend buying an account.

permed means your fucked now, i've found it impossible to contact them over 2 of my bans which weren't even my fault, it's been pending for 9 months.

Wtf that guy got unbanned because he lied on the forums that he did not bot wtf...

I lost my 2450 total account in 2013 and they won't unban me and a lier like that just got unbanned because he posted on the forums... fuck this game and all mods

I thought jagex do not answer emails regarding banned accounts? they also ignore you on social media.

 

Jagex doesn't use email support any longer, they implemented a ticket system on the RuneScape website. You don't really have a chance of an unban (I honestly wouldn't even bother going through the stupid process of trying to unban the account if it was banned for botting [they ignore a lot of these appeals as most of the bans are accurately given, and there are a lot of liars trying to get their accounts back]). Messaging them on social media (most commonly Twitter) is useless because they will always redirect you about bans and/or botting. Best of luck anyway (if you try to use the ticket system, which is the only way although still slim chances).

 

Sorry fellow Hamza, but it's most likely a no go. I mean, you can send an appeal and cross your fingers but it'll most likely be pointless. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy an account from someone here that is not trusted. As much as he or she assures you that it's safe, it's not. You don't wanna go and lose more money now.

I'm going to try all the methods suggested lol if it doesn't work I'd rather search for an account from a trusted user than use my old 800 stat account :/

They more than likely disregard them so quickly because people try and argue back even when they have proof "No, No I didn't bot!" "We kinda have proof here.." "BUT I DIDN'T BOT" they probably got so lazy they didn't want to go through all that with everyone who is banned for botting.

Blizzard has a much better system, you can go onto a livechat with a GM and talk one on one without having to wait for a ticket and discuss your ban, maybe they should look into something like that.

 

+1 on this. I stopped botting after my accounts were destroyed in the nuke. All appeals are denied 100%.

 

I wouldn't bother with it man, especially if it's banned due to botting.

Maybe if you did contact a J-Mod Explaining why you think it should be un-banned maybe then you might have a chance.
