So, I don't think we should be trusting referrals in any situation anymore. Riots going out and taking back the rewards. For example, I got referrals recently and I used all my RP that I got from it, around 17k rp. I just found out today that all the skins and stuff i got is not unlocked anymore. Even the champions I got and my rune page. Don't trust refs.

 

I've been gifting my main referrals for months before and after people have had things taken away. No action taken and I've botted thousands of referrals as well.

 

Or maybe you just used a cheap and unsafe one? Not to mention, people know it's risky, it sucks for you that you got unlucky but don't bother everyone else with it...

 

There was Riot banwave 1~2 weeks ago , for NOW its look safe

i have 10xSmurfs with 6k referrals each , they all survived the banwave.

around 6k gifting accounts survived aswell and no actions against them

matter of how good you make the referrals , and abit of luck can help aswell
