Need help with Paypal Chargeback Paying 1m 07

Hey guys new to sythe but I sold some runescape gold to someone from craigslist, he payed first and then I payed him. About 5-10minutes later he claimed that transaction was unauthorized. It was sent as a gift friends and family. Is there anything that I can do to get my money back or anything I should tell paypal when I call them. Would be extremely greatful if anyone could help me out with this as I do not wanna lose my money. Thank you really need help with this I dont wanna be out this gold, willing to pay someone 1m 07 if they can help me win this dispute.

 

Honestly there are very few things you can do against a unauthorized dispute because what he is basically telling Paypal is that it wasn't him who was on the account that send the money. Because it's a virtual item and Paypal doesn't cover that you have to just plead your case and hope he was stupid enough to do everything from the same IP then you may have a shot. But I doubt it.

 

Damn ill call them and see, I doubt he used a different ip because he seemed like he didnt even know how to use paypal. He wanted to meet up in a local location to do the deal

 

I will go ahead and say it again though Paypal doesn't cover virtual goods. Just so you're aware.

There's little chance you will win, paypal always sides with the buyer if it's unauthorized.

 

If you have no proof of purchase/sale then there's really no way to win. It's your word against his and paypal doesn't approve of the selling of virtual goods and commodities. If it's just 1m 07, take it as a learning experience, don't sell on Craigslist. Sell to trusted useres here on Sythe when you have the option to.
