How To Lucid Dream Tonight!

No, I've never had that feeling. It's a very cool experience that you definitely look forward to, but it's never interfered with my normal sleep schedule.

And to be honest, what you're describing sounds a lot like AP.

 

I have read many guides about this and tried it multiple times just as you said and even using different sounds that are suppose to help stimulate the lucid dream but I end up just laying completely still for hours to no avail. I have sleeping problems so that's probably the main reason I cant get it ATM, but I will continually try. Hope to check out the guide before tonight.

What if you end up lucid dreaming a nightmare?

Like, is it actually 100% controllable? You can just think of what you want and it's there?

I've had some of the craziest lucid dreams by accident, however - sometimes I woke up and felt like I haven't slept at all! I wake up ridiculously tired like all the crazy stuff I done in my dream was actually real life, and I was up all night having sex with celebraties and flying!

Also, I have a VERY strange thing that I have in every single dream (even when I'm not lucid dreaming) - if it ever gets to a stage in a dream that I don't like or feel uncomfortable in I have the ability to 'log off' the excact same way as you do in runescape, and this changes my dream to something else. Does anybody else have this or is it just me lol?

 

It's 100% controllable, it's so hard to explain to someone who hasn't done it, but it really is one of the most amazing things you could ever do.

Might try this, could it cause any side effects though? I think I accidently did it once before, when I woke up tried looking around and was very dizzy. As if pictures were sliding in slow motion.

 

My brother had a chest pains in his dream or whatever, but it felt real.

Like something was putting force on his chest.

I don't think there's any real health side effects, but you could get sleep paralysis.

 

I've tried lucid dreaming but I always find my mind starts trailing off, and I start feeling the urge to move, or get an itch, or I feel like I need to swallow. I also concentrate too much on staying still, haha.

Lucid dreaming never works for me, wish it did ...sigh

 

I love lucid dreaming, for some reason it happens 1-2 times a week.. i dont really try to do it, it just happens.
