Afk Strength Training

Hi Guys,

I don't play RS much due to being very busy IRL, I only get to play once, maybe twice a week. So when I do play, training is not what I want to be doing! However, I do need to train strength.

Is there anywhere at all I can AFK train strength? currently 70-93-45. I'm not going to use a bot as I will get permed straight away (Already have a minor bot ban) so this will need to be legit.. I can check up every now and then using team viewer, but is there anywhere?

Spiders can afk, not sure about 45 def though.

 

bandits and NMZ are best, but not totally afkable if you're strength training especially with low defence. not heard of any spots you can do without em, sorry

I heard NMZ is your best bet buddy, look up a tutorial of NMZ and get yourself some full dharoks to train with. That being said, good luck on training and whatever goals that you have lying ahead

 

All about the bandits!

 

I usually train at bandits with melee pray and pray pots, but that being said - that's by your keyboard haha.

Is there a certain place at bandits that I can AFK with 45 def and no prayer pots? E.g a place that only one bandit can attack me so the likely hood of dying are slim to none?

 

you can always bot nmz.
simply because you got a prev ban doesn't mean you'll automatically get caught.

I botted ankous way in the beggining and got a 3 day ban warning

fastforward 4 months and i'm 2 def levels off max combat (99/99/99/99) all botted at nmz lol.

 

what did you use to bot it? and like, what's the difference if you can just afk it?

 

That's un-heard of, once you get one ban your account is under a big risk... I wouldn't risk a perm ban on my account for a few strength levels. Fair enough if you managed to get away with it for that long though!

 

you should go to NMZ (if you dont know what NMZ is then search for nmz guides on youtube) that is like 80-100k/h with ur stats

 

Get 70 defence and get guthans. After that go to NMZ and afk while sleeping and school/work

Nmz is exactly like bandits just better IMO cuz of the convenience and u will never die and lose items. For me it's better exp as well

 

I recommend spiders in stronghold of security or bandits if you dont want to raise defence. NMZ can also be great but not fully afk unless you are going the guthans route. Even then with guthans, the only way to train strength is using shared exp and training att/defence alongside it. Best of luck buddy!

Are spiders fully afk then? When I say AFK I mean literally afk, checking every couple of hours?

 

There is nothing like this for melee stats. You have to have level 70 defence, attack, and strength to full AFK which would be in NMZ. Otherwise, there are no other methods.

 

Yeah either 70 Att/def/str for NMZ Or babysit a bot.
