    The main thing you want to cut out to lose weight fast is SUGAR, sugar is the worst thing for weight gain. This includes fizzy drinks. Other than that, white bread, chocolate, milk and cheese.

    Also try and cut out carbs, carbs if they aren't used are stored as fat, if you have a diet of just meat (chicken/steak/salmon etc) and vegtables, your going to lose weight.

    I was overweight at one point, I can lose weight extremely quick, although always go back into my old ways. Although have never actually became overweight.

    Always go on a Calorie deficit diet! drink plenty of water everyday, eat enough protein and vegetables, exercise - especially weight lifting! If not, I find High Intensity Interval Training [HIIT] to be beneficial [since it's free too]. Do everything consistently for a planned end date and you should see results!

    Hey, just down to basics it comes to excersize (typically cardio and high intensity workouts) and good healthy eating. If youre only trying to loose weight dont hit any weights. Weight lifting can also be dangerous if youre doing anything wrong specially if youre young, if you do want to pick up weights, get a weight training class before that. What you want to be doing to loose weight is mainly running, swimming, and calisthenics. For running you want to have a sprinting day, long distance day, and a high intensity day. The rest of the days you should either swim or do calisthenics. Make your body constantly burn calories. If you start doing this amount of excersize your body will want to compensate for the large loss of calories, so eat smart. Dont eat too much of anything, moderation, absolutely no junk food or candy that stuff kills you. If you want to get some good workouts just PM and ill give you something to do (applies to anyone) i used to be overweight and now my life is literally running and swimming all day long, every day.
