Would the account successfully pass on a recovery test ? ( An OMM perform a password recovery reset and it get accepted )

can u check if u have all this information:

creation date , location and isp account was made on
current isp & location
creation password along with all previous ones
old recoveries / jag questions + answers
billing information, transaction IDs, bill payer's name and email + zip

I would have everything except for the exact creation date, I'd have the month/year. I wouldn't have the creation isp address, but I only played it for 6 months from the state it was created in until I moved. And no transaction ID's since I didn't keep them. But I have everything else.
