    My main got punished, my smurfs did not. I'm going to go ahead and try to finish another 100 on a smurf and push my luck lol. Might be a terrible idea but YOLO.

    I've bought refs on 2 accounts and none of them have gotten the email yet. I only bought a 100 on each so it might be alright.

    Just make sure you don't buy tons of it or else it will set off the alarm.

    I heard you get this email if you purchased the refs during this season, can anyone confirm if this is true?

    One of my friend purchased 150refs months ago, and he got a lot of stuff removed, while I'm totally fine because I did it last season.

    It's just a theory though.

    Yeah Riot started to ban out a lot of players that bought referrals, a couple of some IRL friends got a e-mail saying that they were banned from the Refer-a-Friend system yet they didn't got their skins/IP removed, just the Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick skins.. Maybe they'll get them removed late, not quite sure how Riot proceeds.

    I've gotten 200 refs done on mine and received the email. They have not taken any of my skins including grey ww, medieval twitch :D
