Eating food is not helping at all, i'm hella skinny with a high ass metabolism

I know a few exercises for height increase like pull ups and shit, what else.

Yeah I'm sorry to say but no amount of exercise will make you gain height
Weight on the other grand is all diet, increase your calorie and protein intake while still actively exercise.

You can't increase your height, that is based on genetics, and you stop growing at age 18.

    Help me out

How old are you? What's your BMI?

Also, you won't be getting anymore height unless you have a growth problem. A good friend of mine had this when he was younger, basically took steroid/testosterone shots. (Prescribed by a Doctor)

imo eating more is one of the easiest solutions to gaining weight, you can't gain height by exercising like what the others have said.

Also, my sister has these tablets for metabolism control, perhaps you can ask people about this slash :p

it's rare to get any taller if you're already in your 20+ and even rarer if your 30+,
gaining weight through lifting and eating an excess Calorie diet; start slowly by adding 500 Calories more on to your maintenance Calories, and slowly go from their.

Sweet broscience, would recommend to op 10/10.

Like Jack said, eat above your maintenance calories. I'm assuming by the questions your asking you've never really touched a weight in your life or have very limited knowledge on the subject. Go ahead and hit the gym, do some research into the matter, ect.. That's really the best way to go about it.
