is there any safe way besides WU?

This guy wnats to buy my account via paypal.He will be funding it via a debit card...He says he'll send money,claim and cancle,then he wants me to hand over information.But before I give him information,he'll evan say he recieved the item,and then Ill also send out a letter to him with some random stuff on it just to provide a tracking number...Will this make it "un-chargebackable"...Is there any way to pay me instantly with a debit card that doesn't have a chargeback option?Please hlep me,and western union cant do and neither can e-gold.

Grr...cause this guy will talk to me on the phone,Ivew talked to his parents..he has givin me a confrmed adress..everything..

Ok, First in the comment box make it say Good trade smoothly. Maybe that might help. But, otherwise don't use paypal.

No matter what you can always be scammed via PP i would not recommend it to anyone.

 

yeh i lost 140 dollars. From someone transfering from their bank account. Apparently, pp sees it as debit =/
