    Hey there, to go along with my steroid general thread I figured I'd create one about lifting for everybody to post questions, comments, thoughts about routines and different lifts as well as posting stats and the sort.

    Current stats:
    Bench 250x5
    Squat 365x5
    Dead 405x2
    OHP 165x5

    Goals:
    3 Plate bench
    4 plate squat
    500lb Dead
    2 plate ohp

    Those aren't juiced stats...

    Bench: 225
    Squat: 250 (I was Johnny Bravo just started hitting legs seriously couple months ago)
    Dead: 315
    Military: 135

    All my stats are 5x5, started SL about two months ago, size hasn't increased much yet because I'm an ecto but my lifts have all gone up. Bulking at 3k+ currently

    True, I'm big but not particularly a strength guy. I focus more on hitting my muscles effectively rather than just putting up pure numbers.

    Currently dropped strength past 2 weeks from all day schooling thing. These are current natty stats but I will be on a baby prohormone this week for cutting

    Work on your deads man! Ohpressing 205!? Should at least be in the 410+ range

    you're joking right? The heaviest OHP ever was recorded at just over 500lbs...

    I'm running 250mg of Test E, along with my liver supports and such.

    Supps: Creatine Mono, Amino's, BCAA's, Daily Multi, Milk Thistle. Take a breakfast of pills when I first wake up.

    PROTIP: Scoop your creatine and put it directly into your mouth and then drink a couple sips of water... No creatine wasted/on glass :p
