All of those accounts IP match l00ms. RspsGold and Cytometer both state they come from the US.

Also IP matches, but not banned:

RspsGold states his skype is "Notifyed" on his profile, not sure if that is a coincidence with the account "noted V2". Also, the activity/creation dates for these two accounts match up by only a few days.

Many of these users (the ones I've checked) all have some interest in the RSPS market.
