Most important stats are 99 str/99 range/94 mage. As long as your account has those stats please post a link.
Should be fully quested(b gloves,veng,etc)A fire cape would be great, but not necessary.

A maxed melee would be great, but 70+ attack/70+ defence is great aswell!

Don't care about bank, although basic potion setups etc would be great.
