What are you eating/drinking right now?

Had a pretty gnarly breakfast of coffee and a donut to get some extra energy this morning. Not super great but it was tasty af.

 

burger fuel, kfc, pizza, milkshakes, really im not kidding this is my diet and im in great shape (would upload pics but dont want to be one of those guys) The only time i put effort into my own food outside of work is when im making cheese toasties. Im a chef at night so I make myself non fast food then (usually pizza/pasta though)

Stay physical and it dont matter what you eat I dont care what the internet says because im living proof.

 

Just had rice with chicken, dear meat, satay and an egg omelette

 

Blueberry oatmeal & OJ

 

Just had a parmegiana chicken, dayuuuum.

 

Yeah, sure, maybe you're not fat but that kind of diet has unseen consequences like high cholesterol and fat, lots of sugar, etc. It may not be affecting you on the outside but eating like that all the time is going to give your organs a lot of work to do to stay healthy and operating at peak efficiency.

Speaking of unhealthy my breakfast this morning was coffee and 2 donuts again. It's so bad but so addicting. >_<

 

Hot Cheetos and a Dr. Pepper. I'm about to go grocery shopping...

Just grilled me up some Ribs, full rack, half for dinner, half for football tomorrow.

Had some asparagus, corn bread, and a baked potato. Was absolutely delicious.

 

Red liquorice, pineaplle lumps and apple/mango juice lmao.
Fat cunt mode engaged.

 

Chicken wrap with spicy mayonnaise sauce and a bottle of water.

Nature Valley: Sweet & Salty nut bar, i get them in bulk at Costco. Amazing in-between snack. Going to thaw out some chicken breasts here in a minute. Some seasoned salt, chili powder, bbq sauce and we're all gainz boys.

 

Nature Vallery bars are the shit.

Just made a 6-egg-ham-and-cheese omelette and got some coffee brewing... even though it's 5 PM. :laugh:

 

I hate those chips, I don't know how you can eat them

 

I'm having a chicken salad sandwich as well as a protein shake.
