It's from over two years ago and it's uncertain of what his intentions were. Buying a scamming guide, for instance, is a great way to learn how to NOT be scammed. Reading a book about how to make bombs doesn't mean you're going to make bombs and blow people up.

If he was pardoned for the BH interest, I thought this would be included.

It seems to be a silly reason to get him banned and TWC'd. I will always treasure his meat mountain.

You've got a point there. There's a lot of "if they're dumb enough to fall for it..." situations, but e-whoring is probably the worst. A lot of people just aren't smart. Everyone has webcams, and everyone has mics. Should be easy to verify identities.
